Movement and Bloom pre-natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
Our post-natal fitness classes are not your average fitness classes. We encourage you to bring baby along too and the whole thing is more a social get-together than a fitness class.
With our little ones in their pushchairs, Movement and Bloom buggy babies is a great way to get fit – by power walking around our beautiful Wirral and Cheshire countryside.

Provide an uplifting opportunity for you and the babies to make new friends, provide a stimulating and healthy experience for your newborns and burn off any excess fat, tighten and tone and improve core stability and strength
