If your schedule counts you out of our group classes or you need privacy or a 100% tailored programme, Movement & Bloom founder Natalie is here to help with personal training.
You can also consider the idea of creating a series of sessions exclusively for you and your friends or ante natal group, as up to four people can be accommodated per session.
Sessions can be scheduled for before work in the mornings, during the day, in the evenings, or at the weekend.
Your children are welcome to come along too. Sessions take place at Natalie’s home which is fully geared up for children and has a child friendly garden.
Sessions are incredibly good value at £25 per hour regardless of whether you’re booking for one, two, three or four women and there’s no minimum number of sessions.
As well as the class itself, each one-to-one booking comes with bespoke nutritional advice and take-outs.

Movement & Bloom pre natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
Our post natal fitness classes are not your average fitness classes. We encourage you to bring baby along too and the whole thing is more a social get-together than a fitness class.
