Exercise whilst pregnant can play an important role for you and the baby growing inside you.
The more gentle exercise you do, listening to your body at all times, the better you will feel.
It does not have to mean doing press-ups on the living room floor. Perish the thought!

Movement and Bloom pre natal fitness classes are run by a specialist in pregnancy exercise, giving essential peace of mind.
Our pre natal exercise classes are not one size fits all; they are tailored for your exact stage of pregnancy.
If you are 15 weeks pregnant you will not be doing the same exercises as other mums-to-be who are 35 weeks pregnant.
Our specialist pre natal classes are designed to help with whatever is happening for our participants.
This could include issues such as pelvic girdle pain, low blood pressure or gestational diabetes.
At Movement and Bloom you will make many new friends sharing the pregnancy journey.
