Movement and Bloom fitness classes
We can't wait to meet you!
Although we would prefer it if you did, there’s no need to book yourself onto our classes – feel free to turn up on the day!
All classes are six-week courses payable at the first session or in advance using BookWhen, PayPal, cheque or cash.
There’s no obligation to stick to one particular venue, so if you start off in Bebington but find the Heswall class is better for you the following week (for example!) that’s not a problem.
The other option is our one-to-one classes for individuals or for up to four ladies at a time. Find out more about that here.

Mum to be or mum already?
There's a class to suit everyone.
Movement and Bloom pre-natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
Prefer a one-to-one class?
Not a problem.
If you can’t make it to any of our group sessions, you’d like to have your classes tailored just to suit you, or you’re one of a group of friends who would like to work out together, our one-to-one sessions might be just what you need.
