Movement and Bloom is based in Wirral (or on the Wirral, if you prefer!) and we provide fun and relaxed exercise classes for new mums and mums-to-be. Most importantly, we run exercise classes new mums can feel absolutely comfortable about bringing their babies to.
We understand that leaving your precious new baby with anybody else soon after giving birth is never easy for mums, especially when you’re “just” going to an exercise class.
That’s why we encourage mums to bring their babies to our classes. Each Movement and Bloom class is designed to be a supportive, safe environment in which mums can meet other mums while enjoying exercise and not worrying about childcare.
Movement and Bloom isn’t just about exercise for new mums, though. It’s also about exercise for pregnant mums-to-be.
Keeping fit can be a real challenge for many women during pregnancy, with our bodies ballooning out of all proportion and pregnancy cravings doing nothing to help!
Movement and Bloom pre-natal classes enable women to keep fit during pregnancy and also help mums-to-be to meet other expectant mothers, forming a priceless support network for those crucial few months leading up to the big day.

Movement and Bloom pre-natal fitness classes are a great place to meet other mums-to-be and are tailored for the stage of pregnancy you are in. They will even help you deal with labour pains.
